C.G.M. The Golden Palms is a
14-acre mixed-use project in Chino, California. The master-planned in-fill development is situated next to over a million square foot commercial center and includes the following three phases:

Phase I:
A 64,000 square foot medical office condominium building. Grandview Medical Plaza completed construction in June 2006.

Phase II:
A 51,000 square foot retail and restaurant complex. The Golden Palms Retail Plaza completed construction in mid May 2007.

Phase III:
A 107-unit senior condominium complex. Ivy Garden is under construction and is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2008.
