Parkway Coporate Center is a 55,000+ square foot office condo development project in West Covina. This 4-story, 39-unit condo building is scheduled to break ground in November, 2011 with an expected June 2012 completion date.

Diamond Star Office Condo is a 36,000 square foot, 30-condo unit development project in Diamond Bar, California. We plan to break ground in February 2011. This 3-story professionall office condominium building is anticipated to be completed in the fall of 2011.

Nogales Medical Plaza is a 4.5 acre development project in West Covina, California that broke ground in May 2007. This 3-story , 72,000 square foot, 45-unit medical/professional office condominium building successfully completed construction in Novermber 2008.

 

 

 
 

C.G.M. The Golden Palms is a
14-acre mixed-use project in Chino, California. The master-planned in-fill development is situated next to over a million square foot commercial center and includes the following three phases:

Phase I:
A 64,000 square foot medical office condominium building. Grandview Medical Plaza completed construction in June 2006.

Phase II:
A 51,000 square foot retail and restaurant complex. The Golden Palms Retail Plaza completed construction in mid May 2007.

Phase III:
A 107-unit senior condominium complex. Ivy Garden completed construction at the end of 2008.
