Following the success of our Nogales
Plaza in West Covina and the increasing demand
for office condominiums, CGM plans to develop
Diamond Star Office Condo, a 30-unit, 36,000 square
foot professional office building in the City
of Diamond Bar. Ground breaking is expected to
be in February2011 with an anticipated completion
date in August 2011. In addtion, CGM is planning yet another condominium project in the city of West Covina to develop a 5-story, 52,000+ square foot building, conveniently located adjacent to the Civic Center. Ground breaking is expected to be in the Summer of 2011.
CGM broke ground on another new development of a state-of-the-art medical / professional office building in West Covina in May 2007. After just one year later, we are proud to announce that our project has been completed. With the ever-increasing demand to own their own medical office, Doctors will be delighted to know that they will once again have an opportunity to purchase these brand new units.

We are pleased to announce that the residents in City of
Chino
have shown
their support for Ivy Garden, a 107-unit senior condominium complex,
which is part of our CGM The Golden Palms mixed-use project, with
wide-margin votes in favor of this development. The strong support for
the senior condominium project confirmed our market study that this
type of high quality, but reasonably priced, for-sale senior housing is
in demand in the area. This Phase 3 development was successfully completed in December 2008, with units starting at a price of $248,000.
In addition , Phase 1 development of
Grandview Medical
Plaza
was
completed a couple years earlier in June 2006.
The construction of our Phase 2
development, a 51,000 square foot retail/restaurant development, was completed in mid 2007. |
